Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: April 20, 2026

By accessing or using the ChaseFargo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and ChaseFargo ("the Platform").

1. Account Eligibility & Registration

  • Identity Verification: To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, you must provide accurate and complete identification. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with unverified or fraudulent data.

  • One Account Rule: Users are permitted only one personal account. Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of manipulating referral rewards or loan limits will be terminated.

2. The Dual-Wallet System

  • Spending vs. Savings: Funds in the Spending Wallet are available for immediate withdrawal or payment. Funds in the Savings Wallet (including Goal Envelopes) are reserved and must be transferred to the Spending Wallet before they can be withdrawn.

  • Liability: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. ChaseFargo is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence (e.g., sharing passwords).

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Manual Deposits: Users must provide accurate transaction hashes or receipts for manual deposit requests. We reserve the right to delay or reject deposits that cannot be verified on the blockchain or within the banking network.

  • Withdrawal Times: While we strive for speed, external bank processing (ACH/Wire) is subject to third-party schedules. ChaseFargo is not responsible for delays caused by intermediary banks.

  • Finality: Once a withdrawal is confirmed and processed by the network, it cannot be reversed.

4. Loan & Credit Terms

  • Approval: All loans are subject to credit assessment. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee approval.

  • Repayment: Failure to meet repayment deadlines may result in late fees, a decrease in your internal credit score, and the suspension of future borrowing privileges.

  • Asset Seizure: In cases of prolonged default, ChaseFargo reserves the right to offset the debt using available balances in your Savings or Spending wallets.

5. Referral Program

  • Qualified Referrals: A referral is valid only after the invited party completes KYC and their first successful deposit.

  • Abuse: Any attempt to "game" the system (e.g., creating fake accounts) will result in the immediate forfeiture of all referral bonuses and potential account closure.

  • Level Changes: ChaseFargo reserves the right to modify referral percentages or levels with 30 days' notice.

6. Refunds & Disputes

  • Original Source: Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.

  • Dispute Period: You must report unauthorized transactions or request refunds within 30 days of the transaction date.

  • Merchant Issues: For payments made to third-party merchants, ChaseFargo acts as the processor. While we assist in disputes, the ultimate responsibility for product/service delivery lies with the merchant.

7. Service Interruptions & Liability

  • System Maintenance: We perform regular updates to ensure security. While we aim for zero downtime, we are not liable for losses resulting from temporary system unavailability.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChaseFargo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform’s integrity.

Agreement: By clicking "I Accept" or by continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
